Print Workshop Central offers online services for fine-art printmaking studios worldwide:

• A permanent section on the Print Workshop Central site dedicated to your workshop. This section includes:
  • An introduction to your workshop with your text, images and video
  • A section of information on your services and working procedures
  • A regularly updated “latest news” feature with your workshop’s recent activities, exhibits, residencies, etc.
  • An illustrated feature story/interview with a representative of your workshop
  • A link to your website
    
    
• Also included in the Print Workshop Central site are:
  • An open discussion forum on issues of interest to print workshops
  • A section dedicated to opportunities for print workshops and their artists: grants, sponsors, residencies, clients, etc.
  • A regularly updated section on technical questions, how other people are dealing with the same problems and issues you have
  • Periodic feature stories on subjects of professional interest to workshop administrators including authenticity questions (For example: Is the concept of the fine-art print being extended to works that are not fine-art prints?), issues related to educating the print-buying public, and advocacy articles on the defense of authentic fine-art prints.

Print Workshop Central Has an Innovative Format

Print Workshop Central has opted for a blog format due to the features and versatility which this medium offers:

• The interactive features necessary to establish online dialogues

  In the interest of making the Print Workshop Central services affordable for all printmaking workshops, large and small, public and private, World Printmakers has opted for a two-tiered rate scale. This means that small shops, those with one or two staff members, will be asked to pay half as much as the larger studios for the comprehensive set of Print Workshop Central services listed above.
